Add in the four chord

The four chord is also a major chord – simply play the same chord as for the fifth, but move down two frets. 

The three chords you have now played are the main chords of most songs! They are th most likel to fit in and sound right when played over your song. 

Below is a handy variation on the 4 chord – the major 7th.
